All personalised items are made just for you, so we cannot accept refunds, returns, or exchanges. All products go through a careful quality check before they are shipped. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and include a photo of the defect so we can arrange it accordingly.

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges rather a gift voucher which you may use to purchase your new item.

Exchange Process: If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for an exchange. We offer a returns portal where you can initiate the exchange process. Instead of direct exchanges, you will be issued a gift voucher which can be used to repurchase a new item or kept for a later date.

 

Refunds: Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Sale orders are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

 

Return Timeframe: Returns must be sent back to us within 7 days from the date you received the item(s).

 

Return Conditions: The returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as you received them. Failure to meet these conditions may result in the return not being eligible.
